4. Loom can be configured negative cam, positive cam, and electronic ***by shedding mechanism for weaving light and heavy muslin, twilled, satins, and jacquard fabric to meet all kinds of requirements.
5. The series combined mechanism between main nozzle and sub nozzle, can get high yarn speed in low air pressure and better for high speed weft insertion. You can individually set the jet time of main nozzle, the sub nozzle and drag nozzle, and improve the accuracy of weft insertion and expanding the weaving scope and reduce the air consumption. The ultra short air line and the support control design of sub nozzle reduce about 10% air consumption.
6. Using double probes, besides ***ect short filling picks or curved, it also can ***ect weft blown off or Long weft. Using digitally-controlled potentiometer can adjust the sensitivity to weft test and improve the reliability of weft ***ector.
